Bob Lewis Ballpark Friends & Family,

Welcome back to our 2021 baseball and softball season! We are working diligently on keeping the park safe and sanitized on a frequent basis. As the continued health and safety of our families, players, coaches and staff is of utmost importance to us, we will continue to follow North Carolina guidelines for social distancing and COVID-19 safety precautions.

On May 14, NC Governor Roy Cooper issued Executive Order No. 215, which lifted COVID-19 restrictions to reflect new public health recommendations.

According to the news release, this order removes the state’s indoor mask mandate for most settings, lifts all mass gathering limits and social distancing requirements.  The governor’s office also states that “People who are not vaccinated should wear a mask and maintain distance in all indoor public settings and in outdoor settings when they can’t maintain six feet of distance.”

We ask individuals to please remain considerate and respectful of others while waiting in the concession lines, restroom lines or other high traffic areas.

It is our goal to assure a safe, fun and family-friendly environment for all, and we thank you for remaining kind and considerate of others’ safety, preferences and personal space!

We look forward to seeing everyone soon!
